1. What the service is

Mozi is a cloud platform that lets a business serve its customers over messaging channels, manage its catalog and inventory, issue quotes and receive payments.

2. The account

The business is responsible for its account credentials and those of its team. Each user must have their own login. The business is responsible for the actions of the users it creates.

3. Connected channels

By connecting WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or TikTok, the business authorises Mozi to send and receive messages on its behalf. That authorisation can be revoked at any time from the dashboard or from the provider itself. Use of each channel is also subject to that provider's terms.

4. Payments from the business's customers

Mozi does not process, hold or manage the money from the business's sales. QR and bank transfer payments happen outside the platform, and gateway payments go directly to the account the business has connected. Mozi charges no commission on sales.

5. The AI agent

The agent replies by consulting the data the business enters. The business is responsible for the content of its catalog and the configuration of the assistant. Mozi does not guarantee that every automated reply is appropriate for every situation, and recommends supervising conversations.

6. Subscription

The service is contracted monthly. There is no minimum term. Non-payment may lead to suspension of the account, with prior notice.

7. The business's data

The data entered by the business — catalog, customers, conversations — belongs to the business. It may request an export or deletion at any time.

8. Availability

We aim for the highest possible availability, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance or by causes beyond our control, including outages at the messaging providers.
